Digital Art

Exactly, What IS Digital Art?

In 2003, I started teaching digital painting at Endicott University on the extinct Commodore 125, and found creating art on a computer so fascinating that I never stopped. Today, Digital Art is the exciting intersection of creativity and technology. Instead of traditional tools like paint and canvas, digital artists use computers, tablets, and software to create stunning art. Sometimes, artists like me, print out the creations and then work into them with traditional media. For its output, digital art allows many printing options: canvas, acrylic, art papers, and even 3-D objects.
